Survey Administrators
Survey administrators should use latest versions of Chrome to maximize their use of the advanced analytics provided by the Survature platform.
Survey Takers
For survey takers, all devices such as desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone are supported. The survey will open in their web browsers.
Notes About IE
As of January 12, 2016, Microsoft has stopped providing support for Internet Explorer versions 8, 9, and 10. We have stopped supporting those versions of IE as of January 2016 as well.
If you have any survey participants who will potentially use obsolete web browsers, please remind them to upgrade their software to a modern browser for security reasons.
